  When we hit a small hurdle with a product, and it felt so easy to fix due to the relationship, professional and clear lines of communication.

• What impact have these products had on your business since launching?

  Its helped us expand our product offering and meeting our customer demands and requests. Helped us find new retailers too.

• What was your biggest fear or concern before starting the formulation process, and how did that play out?

  We've worked with flux for a long time, since the early days. So I was a little worried if they'd be able to handle our product requests, formulation requests and timelines. But all have been easily managed its worked out wonderfully.

• What would you tell a friend who's about to launch their first product and is considering working with Flux Lab?

  Do it. Flux are a wonderful team to deal with, their products and formulations are high quality.
